For the last 6 years, we have been working to restore soils and repair habitats and ultimately the climate through our grazing work.
I am thrilled to be able to share, not only the work we have done, but how this work impacts you and how you can make better choices to support climate-beneficial practices.
This talk is also part of the Dinner Disrupted Series created in partnership with libraries in Fairfield and New Haven County, Connecticut, encouraging patrons to play a more active role in their food system by engaging in collective discussions and actions focusing on Food Security, Climate Change, Land Use, & Agriculture.
