Love our yarns and wish you knit or crochet? February is a great time to dig in to these crafts while the lambs start to arrive outside! We are offering sessions individually because we can get you started and then help guide you but you needn’t worry if you can’t make every session, Farmer Whitney also made support videos for you.

If you have never knit before we will start you making basic fingerless mittens. They are a fun, beginner knit with an option to embroider/embellish if desired. Select the ‘Materials and Lesson’ ticket for one session and a\l materials, including needles, will be supplied. If you want to attend any additional sessions, just select the ‘Lesson’ ticket for those sessions (you don’t need to purchase materials again!). 

Do you have yarn already have materials and just want guidance or companionship knitting? That’s fine too! Just purchase a ‘Lesson Only’ ticket.

Wait, you want to crochet? That’s fine. Pick one of the Wednesday sessions for the option of knitting or crocheting your project (this particular Saturday session we will just cover knitting). 

Advanced beginners, or knitters returning from 2023 could try the fingerless mitten with a gusset, a full mitten or maybe a hat! (If you have knit before and have a project in mind and would like yarn from Henny Penny, send us an email or give us a call to discuss which yarn would be the best fit for your vision!)
