Membership Subscriptions, once set up and paid for, are neither returnable nor refundable. If you wish to cancel your subscription and stop the automatic renewal for the following year, please log into your online account and go to the subscription page to do so.
Programs and events (including camp), once registered, are neither returnable nor refundable, so please register carefully! Full camp policy details can be found here.
Unused yarn (in skein, not in ball) and wool products in their original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 6 months of purchase.
Unused soap, in original condition and packaging may be exchanged for a store credit within 3 months of purchase. Please email us to notify us that you will be sending a return and the reason for return and we will confirm receipt of this email. When Henny Penny Farm has received and accepted your return items, we will email you a store credit code. Use it online or in our farm store!
All other products, such as deposits on meat shares, seasonal items etc are neither returnable nor refundable.
Please note that the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with exchanging non-damaged items however we will happily reimburse all shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
