Artisan Woven Blankets

Wrap yourself in the incredibly silky fibers from the mother sheep of our flock. The three colors are undyed, natural colors in our flock that are woven to make a lightweight, year-round throw.  We sheared our ewes early summer and then collaborated with wonderfully talented artisans to spin the fleeces into yarn that was then woven on historic machines from the 1940’s. Edges are then hand knotted to create a fringe and each throw is finished with a Henny Penny button, made here in New England from sustainably harvested cherrywood.

These blankets are true heirlooms of the finest quality. They represent the culmination of years of working our land to raise the healthiest animals to produce the best fiber and then collaborating with other artisans who have honed their own skills working with these natural fibers to show off their unique characteristics. 

There are very limited numbers of these blankets and each one is unique in many ways reflecting the handmade nature of our products.
