Meat

Our shares are sold as a whole lamb or half lamb.  The final price will be based on their hanging weight but in general a whole share is about 50-55 pounds and a half share is about 25 pounds.  When you purchase a lamb share from a small farm like ours not only do you truly get a quality product but you support the continuation of local agriculture, you see where your food is raised and help continue our work farming sustainably and nurturing our delicate environmental habitats.
