When can I visit the farm?
Any time the farm store is open visitors are free to wander the farm but we ask you to first check in with someone working the farm store so that we may tell you what areas are open that day (the safety of both visitors and our animals is our main concern).
Can I have my picture taken at the farm?
We allow you to take your own personal pictures in public areas (no tripods) on the farm. However if you would like to have professional photos taken on the farm (maybe for an engagement or high school photo), please contact us for our farm rental rates and terms.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 per order regardless of number of products ordered.
If my order contains a backorder, when will the other items in my order ship?
If the majority of items in the order are backordered, the entire order will ship when all items are ready. If the backordered item is available within one week we will wait and ship all items together in one shipment.
Are colors accurate in your photos?
We do our best to make the color in our photos as close to real life as possible. Even so, we can’t guarantee that what you see on your monitor is accurate, since each monitor shows color differently. If you have any questions about color, please feel free to call the farm for further clarification 203-610-9903.
